Happy Peace and Love day!
A Word From Beyond
When we lose our daily habits, we lose meaning. Is it good to lose the rhythm to get back to it?
The right habits are the deep, peaceful movement of the ocean underneath the crashing, turbulent waves that are our daily emotions, different states of mind, and obstacles.
The right habits are the system that supports you in all possible ways. When the system is interrupted, your life feels turbulent and you feel lost.
When you have a set of habits that you perform every day at the same time, you become like an unmoved mountain in the midst of stormy days.
Habits are a way that keeps you connected to your own self. Once you break them or you don’t have them set, you will always remain a slave to life, of the turbulent days that take you back and forth without any purpose.
Our habits paint the canvas of our lives.
Our nature as humans is that we get bored easily if we perform a certain set of habits daily, but actually, we are creatures of habit. They’re what make us different.
We are our habits. But to understand this fully, you need to break the chain and let yourself wonder in life, to question whether the system of habits that are carrying you is actually what’s keeping you grounded or the opposite.
If you find yourself getting back slowly to your system, it means you had a good one and you just got bored. If not, it means you need to make some changes in order to readjust yourself.
Befriend your habits and make them a part of you. They define you, they support you, they keep you grounded, and they bring you back to yourself.
