Happy Peace and Love decisions day!

A Word From Beyond

Decisions create a life!

How powerful is this!

But how can we know that we are making the right decisions? And from where did they come?

We wake up every day feeling differently. Every awake holds a different life experience. Every awake demands that we be a different person! But are we aware of it?

Decisions are daily tasks that come to your door every morning, but most of us unsee them and stumble upon all the tasks until we end up making paralyzed decisions!

But how can we be aware that those tiny day-to-day tasks are the sum total of our life? So we go on blindly until we hit the consequences!

But is it all part of the cycle? Is it what makes your life better? But what if you don’t act on it? What if you don’t reflect on it? Is this the reason that makes people remain the same even if the world around them is moving?

Decisions sway your life. More often than not, they’re controlled by external powers, be it other people whom you perceive as having authority over your life or they are controlled by your ignorance of not knowing how to make the right decision.

The question is, sometimes the perceived bad decision holds in itself the right one. So, bearing the consequences of a decision is accepting its natural way of coming into your life without labeling it as “good” or “bad”. You allow yourself to flow, learn, and grow.

Decisions are the gateway to mistakes, and mistakes are the only way for us to learn and grow if we reflect upon our actions.

Beating yourself up for making a decision only stops you from taking responsibility for your choices and making the best out of the consequences that have befallen you.

Forgiving yourself and moving on to action is the only way for you to accept and be open to other possibilities.

Quotes From Souls

“Accepting trial and error means accepting error. I means taking problems in our stride when a decision doesn’t work out, whether through luck or misjudgment. And that is not something human brains seem to be able to do without a struggle.” — Tim Harford

“It is often said that a wrong decision taken at the right time is better than a right decision taken at the wrong time.” — Pearl Zhu

Self-Reflection Questions

What you seek is within you, if only you reflect.

Are you aware of the power that decisions hold?

How do you know that you have made the right decision?

How do you deal with the consequences of any decision?

Are you willing to let go of your decisions without berating yourself for them?
